Any claim under these Terms of Use must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or such claim or cause of action is barred. In the event of any controversy or dispute between King's Pharmacy Beaumont and you arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of King's Pharmacy Beaumont information or the King's Pharmacy Beaumont Digital Services, including its Contents, the parties shall attempt, promptly and in good faith, to resolve any such dispute.  If we are unable to resolve any such dispute within a reasonable time (not to exceed thirty (30) days), then either party may submit such controversy or dispute to mediation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, then the parties shall be free to pursue any right or remedy available to them under applicable law.

E. FOREIGN CORRUPT PRACTICES ACT

User acknowledges that it is not the agent of King's Pharmacy Beaumont and represents and warrants that it has not, and covenants that it will not, pay anything of value to any government employee in connection with the resale of and products available through the King's Pharmacy Beaumont Digital Services.

F. ENTIRE AGREEMENT; SEVERABILITY; MISCELLANEOUS

You agree to comply with all local, state, federal, and national laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations that apply to your use of the King's Pharmacy Beaumont Digital Service.  All transactions through the King's Pharmacy Beaumont Digital Services are governed by Texas law, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.  Your use of the Services may also be subject to other laws.  Risk of loss and title for all electronically delivered transactions pass to the purchaser in Texas upon electronic transmission to the recipient.  No King's Pharmacy Beaumont employee or agent has the authority to vary these Terms of Use.

King's Pharmacy Beaumont may notify you with respect to the Services by sending an email message to your account email address or a letter via postal mail to your account mailing address, or by a posting via the King's Pharmacy Beaumont Digital Services.  Notices shall become effective immediately.

B. GENERAL INFORMATION
